Prism Party is not obligated to refund any products purchased or
donations made under any circumstance. However, under special
circumstances (such as lost/stolen PayPal™ accounts, bank accounts, or
card numbers) we may choose to authorize a full refund. This does not
extend to instances where users are banned from the Server for any
reason (even if the rules have changed following the ban) or lose access
to their premium Minecraft account*. For questions or to request a
refund, please e-mail [email protected]. Please note that accounts in association with chargebacks will permanently lose access to the Server.
Ranks/upgrades listed as "one-time" purchases on the Store are
"permanent" in that they last until the end of Prism Party's operation.
In the event of server downtime (whether by/for scheduled maintenance or
unforeseen outages, even if permanent) users are not entitled to
compensation or refund.
In the event that new ranks are added to Prism Party, users with
existing ranks are not entitled to the additions and perks included
within the new rank. Additionally, in the event that new servers are
introduced to Prism Party, users with existing ranks or perks are not
guaranteed access to their existing ranks or perks within the new
servers. Ranks are provided "as-is" and may change depending on the
server the user connects to.
Prism Party (including this web store) is in no way affiliated with Mojang, AB or Minecraft.
* All Minecraft clients connecting to Prism Party must be premium.
Prism Party does not allow connections from free/"cracked" Minecraft
clients.
